Teaching Plan

1.1 Curriculum

The curriculum used at P. Gomez Elementary School is just the same curriculum used here in Phillipines, which is the K-12 curriculum. The K-12 curriculum itself is a kind of separated subject curriculum, where the lessons presented to students are carried out separately.Looking at the structure of the K-12 curriculum, this curriculum leads to the type of separated subject curriculum. This can be seen with separate subjects.  It is similar to Indonesian KTSP curriculum in terms of the subject being carried out separately for each lesson.

The subjects taught at grade 2 are as the followings

MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health)
English
Mathematics
Araling Panlipunan
Filipino
Mother Tongue
Edukasyon sa Pagpakatao
